Notice of SGM aat PEDICON 2019 Mumbai

A special general body meeting is planned on 9 th of February 2019 at 4 pm at Pedicon 2019 in Mumbai. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1) To adopt the necessary changes in the constitution of IAP PICC The reform of the Constitution will be circulated later. The venue of the meeting will be conveyed later.

2) To adopt the adhoc committee members nominated in GBM of Coimbatore as EB members as election process is not possible due to financial constraints of the chapter. Any other subject with the permission of chair. If the quorum is not there for SGM the meeting will be conducted 30 min later for which no quorum will be required.
